Welcome to The Taylor LEAD Foundation Submittable Portal

Thanks for your interest in our scholarships and grants. This page lists all open opportunities. Please read these general guidelines before you begin; each project also has its own specific eligibility and terms.

How to Apply

  •  Create/Sign in to your Submittable account using a personal email you check often.
  •  Review eligibility on each project page carefully before starting.
  •  Save as you go. Submittable autosaves drafts—you can return and submit anytime before the deadline.
  •  Deadlines are listed on each opportunity. Unless noted otherwise, times are in Mountain Time (Boise, ID)

Accessibility & Language

  •  We aim to make applying simple and accessible. If you need accommodations (e.g., audio responses instead of written answers, screen-reader friendly files, extra time) or materials in Spanish, contact hello@taylorleadscholarship.com well before the deadline.

What to Prepare (varies by project)

  •  Basic info and short answers aligned to our LEAD values (Leadership, Educational Excellence, Athletic Achievement, Distinguished Service).
  •  Documents (when required): PDF/JPG/PNG preferred. Typical max file size: 10–20 MB per file.
  •  References/verification (when required): Most projects use a simple verification form rather than long letters.

Privacy & Consent

  •  We do not sell applicant information. Your data is used only to administer and evaluate applications.
  •  Some programs include FERPA-aware academic verification (e.g., confirming GPA or enrollment). You can consent in-form; opting out does not affect basic eligibility but may require alternate documentation.
  •  Media permission (for recognition) is optional and never affects eligibility.
  •  If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian may need to provide consent as prompted.

Selection & Communication

  •  Reviews follow published rubrics and conflict-of-interest policies to support fairness and equity.
  •  Decisions are at the Foundation’s discretion and are generally final; we’re unable to provide individualized feedback.
  •  You’ll receive updates and results by email from Submittable—please check your inbox and spam folders.

Non-Discrimination

We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.

Project Guidelines (iWIN IX Grants: Equity Grants — Teams/Organizations)

Thank you for your interest in the iWIN IX Grants: Equity Grants (9 in honor of Title IX). These grants are designed to expand equitable access to sport for girls in Idaho by supporting teams and organizations that are removing real barriers to participation.

Before you begin, please review these guidelines:

Who should apply: Idaho-based teams, schools, nonprofits, clubs, and community organizations serving girls through sport.

What we fund: Participation- and access-related expenses that directly benefit girls, such as:

  • Scholarships/fee support for participants
  • Equipment/gear (including gear libraries)
  • Transportation solutions tied to participation
  • Facility time/access
  • Program expansion that increases girls’ participation

What to include:

  • A clear description of the need and the barrier(s) you’re addressing
  • The number of girls who will directly benefit
  • A realistic timeline (30/60/90/120 days)
  • An itemized budget that matches your request

What we typically do not fund: Cash requests without documentation, expenses not tied to girls’ sport participation, or requests that cannot be verified.

Accountability: If awarded, you’ll be asked to submit a brief impact update (simple metrics + short story; photos optional) within the agreed timeline.

Efficiency + accuracy: Please keep responses clear and specific so we can review quickly. Most applications take 10–15 minutes to complete if your budget document is ready.
